CLEANLINESS IS THE STARTING POINT...
Cleaners play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of central heating systems both new and old. The benefits of cleaning have been recognised so that today, even new systems must be thoroughly cleaned at the commissioning stage, in accordance with requirements under Approved Document Part L and the Domestic Building Services Compliance Guide (2010).



NITROGEN POLLUTION - FERNOX KEEPS ABREAST OF ENVIRONMENTAL ISSUES
Fernox’s environmental credentials take the lead with products which are phosphate, EDTA and nitrite free and do not contribute to the growing levels of nitrogen pollution that are causing much concern amongst experts and organisations across Europe. While nitrogen is needed to feed a growing world population, excessive amounts can harm the economy and the environment, claims the report that is the first European Nitrogen Assessment (ENA) undertaken.



NEW PRODUCTS LAUNCHED AT ECOBUILD

Fernox had another successful Ecobuild show at the beginning of March, which took place for the first time at London’s ExCeL Centre. Showcased on the Fernox stand were new products including the Solar Flow Pump and Solar Cleaner C with the new products also being demonstrated on a working solar system on the Practical Installer stand where they attracted much attention from visitors.



SOLAR FLOW PUMP MAKES ITS DEBUT

The new Fernox Solar Flow Pump meets the growing demand for a product specially developed for solar heating systems. Designed to facilitate easy high output filling, cleaning and flushing, it is also ideal for purging air out of systems and helping to maximise the benefits of the solar heating system. Available from 1st May.



FERNOX SUPPORTING THE NEXT GENERATION
Fernox is supporting the UK’s next generation of plumbing and heating engineers by participating in the HIP!-Ex series of trade roadshows due to be held around the UK in May and October 2011.
